Used by the Anglian Potters group at pot camp when firing members own pots in the communal gas reduction kilns
The original recipe called for Porcelain china clay. In recent years powdered porcelain clay has been substituted with no visible impact.
The red iron oxide used is synthetic. This has the same analysis as the naturally obtained RIO, but is more consistent.
